By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the phalaro website at phalaro.club and any associated mobile interface or application (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the Platform, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or any other permitted jurisdiction. The creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phalaro login credentials. You agree to notify phalaro immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phalaro shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such loss arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, phalaro is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
KYC verification at phalaro requires submission of at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
phalaro aims to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. During peak periods, verification may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
phalaro accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions on the phalaro Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although phalaro reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with PAGCOR regulations or as part of its anti-money laundering controls.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phalaro account within sixty (60) seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. phalaro shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso. phalaro does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any form of virtual currency.
If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, phalaro will reverse any corresponding balance credit to your account. If games were played with funds from a subsequently reversed deposit, phalaro reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from available account balance or future deposits.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified account holders. Withdrawal funds will be remitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the phalaro account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and will be communicated in your account dashboard. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may be applicable to certain account tiers.
Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements (as specified in the relevant bonus terms) before any derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash balance. Withdrawal of real-money balance does not forfeit active bonus credits unless the account balance drops below the minimum bonus balance threshold.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the phalaro Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of phalaro.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phalaro, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of gaming service.
phalaro's total cumulative liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phalaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, phalaro reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Users may request a review of account closure decisions by contacting [email protected]. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phalaro customer support; any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
phalaro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phalaro will provide notice via email to your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current effective version of these Terms will always be accessible at phalaro.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
